ARTICLE I General provisions Article 1 Within the Ministry of Social Affairs, the National Health Service (NHS) is created, under which the State guarantees the right to health protection, in accordance with the Constitution. ... TITLE III Health care Article 14 The users of the NHS are entitled, in regulatory terms, to the following benefits: (A) health promotion and surveillance and disease prevention; B) General and specialty medical care; C) Nursing care; D) Hospital admission; E) Transport of patients when medically indicated; (F) complementary diagnostic features and specialized treatments; (G) dietary food supplements; (H) medicinal products and medical products; (I) prostheses, orthoses and other complementary therapeutic appliances; J) Social support, in conjunction with social security services.
